We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Duties:

  •  Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
  •  Accept customer calls and return customer
  •  Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
  •  Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
  •  Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
  •  Handle incoming customer service calls


 Responsibilities:

  •  Calling and receiving calls from clients
  •  Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
  •  Completing applications for insurance products
  •  Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
